So a few weeks ago I went to the XFL Defenders Watch Party to watch the DC Defenders play in the championship game. Earlier in the day I had got my nails and feet beautiful then I went home and ate took a nap because I knew I would be out late. Most of the time I'm in the bed by 8pm.
The game party was being held at Brighton DC on the Warf. It was a nice restaurant with two levels and the way it is designed makes it even more interesting. When I got there I first was sitting outside recording for my Instagram then I heard DJ Flexx(WPGC95.5FM) playing so I debated whether or not I wanted to venture upstairs. The way the restaurant is designed when you walk up the stairs you can see the first floor so my anxiety would have kicked in normally but before I left my house I took a tincture ( edible marijuana) and I also vaped (marijuana vape cart) so I was good.
I walked across the mini bridge to the back of the second floor to meet DJ Flexx and watch the game I did take a few pictures.
While I was there Percy Butler from Washington Commanders was there he is a really great guy. Although the DC Defenders didn't win it was still an awesome night I got to party with DJ Flexx and be around some really awesome people. I'm so looking forward to next year.
