So yesterday as I was enjoying my morning and pretty much trying to have a Netflix and chill before work it all went down so quickly. I heard the sound of guns going off & bullets flying so I hit the floor praying that it would end soon & it did. I will have to say about close to fifty bullets flew in my neighborhood but it’s not anything new it’s pretty normal except for the fact it was early for it start. I don’t know what the situation was but someone was truly pissed & the police were in my neighborhood all day collecting evidence I don’t know if anyone was hurt. For me it was a normal day in my neighborhood. I’m often asked why I continue to live in this neighborhood but where am I going to go because anywhere you go there is violence and other than that it’s really not that bad. And than with the cost of rent who has money to move and that’s another topic I will talk about later but my neighborhood is a predominately black and I’ve lived here most of my life and I will continue to live here.
