In my neighborhood we finally have a restaurant called Deanwood Deli that we can go and eat. As a longtime Deanwood resident it has been a plus for me because I no longer have to go to Minnesota Avenue to eat. The food is awesome, my favorite food of theirs is BLT (beacon,lettuce ,tomato) yes I know it's simple but it's so delicious and the sauce is outstanding. They have other food items & the wings are good. This has also been my munchie spot for when I'm indulging in the herbs It's a must for those who have never been and want something good to eat.
