So this story that I heard about is just creepy and scary and it makes you not want to have neighbors or live close to anyone.
This is what happened Umar Abdullah lived above Xuming Li in a apartment building and Xuming Li was complaining to the apartment complex about the noise. The complaints were about their baby crying and other noises. Xuming Li a student chemist at University Of South Florida (USF) decided to take matters into his own hands by poisoning his neighbors with methadone and hydrocodone. He took a syringe and filled it with the two poisons and put it under his neighbor's door. When the Abdullah family became sick and didn't know why and the apartment complex had checked everything and replaced things so the husband decided to place a camera in the flower pot to see if he could solve the issue and that's when he caught his neighbor poisoning them.
I 'm not sure what happened to the neighbor but I pray that the family is okay and safe.
