Good morning my beautiful followers I stayed up to watch the ball drop in NYC and it made me feel so super blessed. In 2021 we lost so many & what really made it even sadder was when Betty White passed I felt like I had lost a friend and I know she was going to last forever but I was rooting for her to see one hundred. So today it’s a rainy day in DC so I’m really not feeling like going out or doing anything but staying home.
I have no real plans today & yes last night I ate a awesome dinner cooked by my daughter and then I took an edible so yes I was good & slept awesome.
Lately I’ve been just spending time at home because of all this Covid & the variant that is spreading I just don’t want to take a chance with my health. I have a compromised immune system and yes I am vaccinated but I guess I am just being safe. I wear a mask when I go out and I try to avoid crowds. My severe asthma sometimes makes it hard for me to breathe and so I am on a lot of medication for it. I will have to say taking marijuana does help.
I do most of my shopping online but there are times when I gotta go out & shop but I’m very careful. I do sit on my front porch but only when it’s not too cold. I do my best to stay safe.
