I know we live in a world where not too many ask how you are mentally and physically and when they do it’s because they have an alternative motive. But I see that not everyone is good and it’s been proven that the happiest of people or what we think are the happiest are the ones who end their life by suicide.
Its sad when you hear about a death of someone who seemed to have their life together or what we assumed to be together. Then you hear about how they were battling depression for so long and how they kept it quiet. We live in a generation that we should no longer keep quiet about depression I believe we should talk about it more because too many of us are leaving this universe too quickly.
We all must realize that just asking someone about how there mental health is can be a stepping stone to helping and sitting, listening to each other can be all some need.
I myself battle with depression and I have my good days and my not so good days which at times can be hard but I pull through. I have a routine that I do and it has worked so far, I get up every morning and have a conversation with God and this conversation can at times be long then afterwards I meditate. It’s work trying to keep positive mind especially when you see so much negative.
I work everyday to stay positive and even though it’s challenging I find the blessings in life and that’s why I write/ blog. We all must realize that we all have a purpose in life and that we must take time to talk to each other and ask how each other mental health is and not feel ashamed.
So I leave with this question How Is Your Mental Health?
