It's Black History Month

This month is the time we celebrate our heritage with memories and support and we educate our children on the past so we never forget or repeat the past. Now while I appreciate this month I wish when it comes to movies they wouldn't show the same types of movies about slavery, segregation and Tyler Perry. I do enjoy his movies but I want to see some older movies, those made before I was born like Cooley High etc. This month I plan to visit every black owned business at least I will try and I will write about it.
