Last night it was game night and I made myself comfy on my bed but not too comfy. I of course thought it was a later game until I realized it wasn’t but I tuned in just in time to see we were ahead. It was definitely a heated game because there were more fights happening in the first period than I’ve ever seen before at one point it was a knock down drag out no holds fight. I saw jerseys being ripped off and fist swinging but I guess the Tampa Bay Lightning said to themselves that if they couldn’t beat us then might as well fight us and that’s what they did.
Then my favorite twitter band Castastrophies started to perform and they did a song about Sonny Milano our newest Capitals player and the guitar playing was wicked. I don’t have yet a video of them playing but I am going to try to get one so that my followers can see. So yes, it was an awesome game.
