Lately I've been watching the soaps again after so many years of not watching although some things have changed, some remain the same. Genoa City hasn't changed much and it still seems like a small town with few residents. Victor Newman has aged well over the years and he is back with Nikki. Jack Abbott & Victor Newman has become frenemies because Nikki has fallen off the wagon(alcoholism). I see they have added more characters like Anita( played by Catherine Bach, who was the Duke Of Hazard girl) & it seems there is tension between Phyllis and her son. Ashley and Traci are in Paris trying to find out the truth about a incident. Then Mamie appears giving her advice. Well, there is a woman who was terrorizing Nikki before being locked up in a mental hospital but then the hospital catches fire and the status of the woman is unknown. Ashley returned from Paris with unanswered questions but I think she suffering from mental health issues. Mamie and Jill are still at odds with each other even after so many years. Christine aka Cricket and Danny, I assume trying to rekindle their relationship.
Bold And Beautiful
Eric got good news and decided to throw a party to celebrate & then he proposed to and married Donna who is Brooke & Katie sister. Luna is trying to find her dad and she is dating RJ, the grandson of Eric. Zende seems to be jealous of the relationship between Luna & RJ ( Ridge Jr) Poppy is Luna mother and she reunited with Bill and Bill believes that Luna is his daughter but Poppy told him no which he seems disappointed. While at the party Luna takes a pill belonging to her mother and is having a reaction that doesn't seem good. So, this is my two cents about the pill because I think it's an edible. Luna left the party feeling the effects of whatever the pill was she took and goes walking the property and ends up in Zende place and he walks in and she hallucinates that Zende is RJ, I know how crazy that is but I didn't write it.
I hate when they end these soaps so abruptly and now I have to wait until next week to see what happens next.
