Yes! I’m up early on this Monday mostly because I slept most of Sunday but I did watch my Caps play and lose. I’m not sure what is going on with my team but I can only hope that they can get it together because we are getting close to the Playoffs. As it got close to the Super Bowl my excitement escalated but not for the teams but for the Halftime Show & of course I watched the game. Soon I realized that I would be up later than I expected but I hung in there and it was worth it.
As the Halftime Show begins it took me back to my childhood and it did surprise my daughter that I knew the music. It did open the way to talk about it. I remember the House Parties & watching the music videos on MTV. And then Snoop Dogg did his iconic walk which is legendary. I enjoyed watching Dr Dre, Mary J Blige, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar & Snoop Dogg.
I did get up & jam in my living room and afterwards I watched the rest of the Super Bowl.
Congratulations are due to the LA Rams 🐏 for winning the Super Bowl. I also will congratulate the Bengals for making it to the biggest show ever because I know it isn’t easy to get there & only the best of the best make it. So just because they didn’t win the fact they got there being the under dogs says a lot about them. It also shows what teamwork and hard work gets you.
Bengals hold your head up high and be proud of your accomplishment & don’t let anyone try to down play you making it to the Super Bowl. –
Oh yeah! I again will talk about how awesome the Halftime Show was it was the best ever & I’m glad the hip hop & rappers got the spotlight on them they so deserved it.
